Effective May 15, 2023 Dye Testing and Occupancy Permits are required for the transfer of property in East Bethlehem Township. Forms and payment must be received before testing is scheduled. Please allow 7-10 days for testing.
Municipal Lien requests must be received in writing accompanied by a $25 fee per parcel. Municipal Lien letters will not be issued until required Dye and Occupancy Permits are secured. Please send all requests to
