The East Bethlehem Township Zoning Ordinance has been developed to help further long-range community development in the township.
The purpose of our zoning ordinance is to lesson congestion, secure safety, prevent overcrowding, facilitate the adequate provision of services and provide for a reasonable mix of land uses and dwellings.
Our Zoning Ordinance has been updated in March 2016 to encourage further community development with consideration of properties that are already located in the zoning districts.
